►►► 5. FESTIVAL HOTEL CONDITIONS
1- Address main hotel:
Hotel GRAND BLUE FAFA, GOLEM.
2- The rooms online are packages for all the nights of your stay. All the booking fees must be paid in advance.
3- In the booking price is included the city tax
4- The Minimum nights of stay is 3 nights
5- Hotel booking is not refundable but could be sold or given by the buyer until April 20, 2024 and only by paying a 10€ fee to the organizer.
6- UPGRADE BOOKING modifications are possible depending of room availability until April 20, 2024. No fee will be asked for that.
7- It’s mandatory to show the e-ticket voucher of your hotel booking to the reception of the hotel to be able to do your checking. Having printed is recommended.
8- Upgrade the room/service/meals at the reception of the hotel during the festival will be possible according to availability of the hotel and with the price policy of the hotel. Note that this price will be more expensive than the presale price.

►►► 6. TRIP HOTEL CONDITIONS
1- Address main hotel:
Maritim Marina Bay Resort & Casino Hotel
Rr. Aleksander Moisiu, Vlorë, Albanie
2- The rooms online are packages for all the nights of your stay and the transport from Fafa hotel to Marina hotel and Marina hotel to the airport or Tirana. The transport to the different group activities is also included in the package.
3- In the booking price is included the city tax
4- The package contains 4 nights. These number of nights can’t be reduced.
5- Hotel booking is not refundable but could be sold or given by the buyer until April 20, 2024 and only by paying a 10€ fee to the organizer.
6- UPGRADE BOOKING modifications are possible depending of room availability until April 20, 2024. No fee will be asked for that.

►►► 7. NAME CHANGE POLICY
The seller has to send an email with the full name and email of the buyer and the pass attached to info@albaniaafrolatin.com
There a fee of 10€ to pay by PayPal to nereaida@yahoo.com
Name change is allowed until April 24, 2024
