We are very happy to announce our next intensive weekend to you! We offer you a weekend to learn and dance, with the focus on the TRAINING - This time on learning and improving your Head movement technique!

With this Intensive, you can expect 8hours of TRAINING & 4 hours of quality social dancing after the workshop!

Head movements are an essential part to Brazilian zouk and in other dances as well. This weekend is dedicated to transform your head movements, help you feel comfortable and safe with it, being able to enjoy the beauty of it 

Our goal is:
To clarify the types of head movements
How to execute them
How to lead and follow them
& how to transition between them!

Different from usual weekenders/festivals, we want you to be well rested and ready, to prepare your body accordingly, able to absorb the content and have energy to practice during the workshop and at the small day social after. But this event does not offer night parties - as much as we love them, we don’t want you to be tired as the focus is on the training!

This workshop is for 2 kind of people
1- people that never learned HM and want to start learning it
2- people that already started their HM journey but they don’t feel 100% safe on it or want to dive deeper into the technique

*If you are NOT a zouk dancer, feel free to come to this workshop, as this technique can and should be applied to other dances as well!
