The Slow Down 2024

This year, we want to dive deeper into the blues, its different styles, tempos, and also history and culture. You can look forward to:

 Three nights full of live music. You’ll be able to enjoy both ballrooming with a big band and cozy juke-joint-style parties in small bars.
 Three levels of partnered tracks, including one for complete blues beginners, and an open-level solo track. The classes will emphasize the diversity of blues dance and its cultural and historical context.
 Our tutors: Gas Fernández & Alba Mengual (from Madrid, Spain), Sep Vermeersch (from Ghent, Belgium), Victor Hristoskov (from Sofia, Bulgaria) and Pavla Adamčíková (from Brno, Czech Republic).  All classes will be in English.
 Additional activities included in the party pass, providing opportunities to meet, socialize, and connect with other party holders.
