🎭 **Class Breakdown:**

   - Warm-up: 15-20 min

   - Stretching: 15-20 min

   - Body Isolations and Movement Breakdown: 20-30 min

   - Break: 5 min

   - Choreo: 40 min

   - Review and Cool Down: 5-10 min
