In this 2 hour workshop we'll focus on:
Body mechanics and movement in Zouk Important stretches, drills and conditioning exercises that will improve your body awareness and elevate your social dancing Zouk footworkPartners not required. Open to leads and follows. Requirements: you should have knowledge of the basic steps.
