Social Tuesdays: Salsa Bachata Kizomba (SBK) Latin Dance Night

On Tuesday, November 22, 2022, we have guest instructors teaching a one hour West Coast Swing (WCS) workshop at our SBK and Taco Tuesday event.

 

West Coast Swing is danced to many different styles of music, but for this workshop we’re going to focus on ‘lyrical’ music, which is slower and has a fantastic gooey connection.

 

Corina and Kyle have been helping to grow the West Coast Swing community in Edmonton for over 10 years through West Coast Swing Addicts. Both have socially danced for over 20 years and are looking forward to sharing their in depth knowledge of this style!

 

The workshop will include partner work, but you do not need to bring a partner as we will rotate partners throughout the workshop. The workshop will be friendly to all ages/levels with something for everyone. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing you can easily move in and clean indoor shoes (comfortable heels or flats).

 

After the workshop we will have a Salsa, Bachata, and Kizomba (SBK) afterparty. Join us for a fun dance night at this beautiful venue!
