This series is designed to be progressive to give students a solid understanding of Urban Kiz fundamentals.

In Series Level 2, we take the foundation established in Level 1 and build upon it, offering students the chance to delve deeper into their dance journey. This level encourages students to expand their skill set by exploring a range of variations in tempo, allowing them to master the art of musicality at different paces with grace and precision. Moreover, students will have the opportunity to practice and refine their ability to execute seamless lane changes, enhancing their versatility on the dance floor. The goal of Series Level 2 is to not only bolster technical proficiency but also to broaden each student's dance vocabulary, equipping them with a more comprehensive and expressive repertoire of movements to draw upon in their dance endeavors. This stage of the series is all about growth, self-expression, and taking your dance skills to the next level.

Series Level 2 is designed for dancers who have a solid grasp of the basics and are ready to take their skills to the next level. To join this series, instructor approval is REQUIRED.

We recommend participants to be proficient in:

-Urban Kiz Walking
-Basic 1
-Basic 2
-Basic 3
-Frame

**NOTE: You do not need to be "perfect" at these movements but at least familiar, as class will not focus on teaching these movements but rather how to sharpen and enhance them.

To ensure that every participant in the class can make the most of their experience, we will conduct a brief evaluation during the initial minutes of the first class. This evaluation ensures that everyone is at the appropriate skill level for Series Level 2. Please be aware that if, for any reason, the instructor determines that you may not be ready for Level 2, you will be reimbursed, and you will receive personalized feedback to guide your progress.
If you're uncertain about your skill level, don't hesitate to reach out to us for clarification. We're here to assist you in finding the most suitable dance class for your abilities.

Learning Outcome for Each Series:
(Completed Oct 29th) Series Level 1: Concentrates on building a strong foundation by teaching fundamental movements, core concepts, and fostering an understanding of basic musicality.

(Starting Nov 12th) Series Level 2: Expands upon the core techniques learned in Level 1, encouraging students to explore variations in tempo, lane changes, and broaden their overall dance vocabulary.

(Coming Soon) Series Level 3: Emphasizes a comprehensive understanding of both dance roles, incorporating accelerations, encouraging creative expression, introducing directional changes, and honing the ability to execute precise movements in alignment with musical timing.

(Coming Soon) Series Level 4: Advances to more complex applications of musicality, delves into leading in different positions, explores intricate footwork, emphasizes visual leading/following, fosters independent critical thinking, and application of beginner, improver, and intermediate Urban Kiz core concepts and techniques to further enhance the dancer's skills and capabilities.
