Special edition Turns and Spins Technique for dancers in all styles from nationally and internationally renowned artists and instructors!
November 25th (Friday) Temi & Aletta will be teaching the fundamentals, technique and tips to improve your turns and spins for any dance.

What to expect?
- Building foundation for any turn and spin
-Head to Toe breakdown, demo and explanation of body mechanics and how to use them in your turns
-Dizziness and how to manage it
-Drill the 7-point technique of spins & turns for solo and partner dancing
-Single vs Double/triple spins 
-Take home exercises and tips for continuous improvement 
-We will NOT be spinning for 1,5hrs in class but will implement and build technique to improve your turns 
-Ideal for ANYONE who wants to learn and improve their turns and spins
