Portland Blues & Jazz Dance Society is thrilled to be hosting Rose City Blues 2023! Join us in Portland this February 10th thru 12th in celebration of Black History Month. We are happy to bring this event back after a long pause with a fantastic lineup of music and dance education. We are proud to offer 10 hours of workshops, 5 live bands and over 15 hours of social dance. See you on the dance floor!
