For the first time ever, the entire Head Movement series will be taught in person! Head Movement Level 1 is a 4-part series on solo technique, and this is the first of them! I, Devon will be guiding you through a playful workshop consisting of strengthening, safety awareness, and conditioning that will lead up to patterns and creativity in later months!
There are three levels, each containing four workshops- a total of 12 workshops in the entire curriculum! Join me for the first of four in the Level 1 series!
