Brazilian Zouk Conditioning & Practica

✨ Welcome to our Wonderful Wednesday nights of Brazilian Zouk!! 🇧🇷 With the help of our amazing Ashley, aka DJ Pyxiedust, for tunes and David for fun adventures in practice! 🎧

2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣4️⃣ is OUR year to make it ALL happen! 

We’re continuing our Zouk Phx & BRiCK foundations AND variations on Wednesday night classes, with Elena’s and David’s twist for connecting to ourselves, each other and building our musical playfulness!  

🏆 These classes are an extension and opportunity to practice what we’re learning in the Brazilian Zouk Bootcamp Weekender AND Monday night classes, with both foundations & Plus concepts.

✅ movements that develop the dancer body 
✅ playfulness with timing and connection 

💝This ALL levels conditioning class is to help improve our foundational knowledge base, body awareness, and to build isolation and comfort within our dancing through:

💫 Practice time

🌀 May focus: Fun within your Practice 🎶 (with presence, awareness, comfort, and stability)
