Dance has been one of the most important forces for growth and connection in Nicole's life. She has been moving to music since she was 7 years old and has witnessed countless times the power of dance to heal and transform. She believes that every dance should deepen a dancer’s relationship with their body, their emotions, their partner, and the community as a whole. And so should every dance class. With more than 20 years of dance experience across dozens of styles and over 15 years of teaching, Nicole brings equal parts technique, heart, and passion to every dance class.
