Masha Kizz / Dj MKiZ

Masha Kizz started her dance career in Ballet in St Petersburg, Russia. Years later she moved to San Francisco, where she was invited to be a part of Washington High School’s Hip Hop Performance Team, and Culture Shock SF. 

Her first Kizomba Class was with Yasert Ortega in SF and it was the music that got her hooked right away.  Her love for Urban Kiz landed her in Paris, training with some of the best Urban Kiz instructors in the world. Masha trained with Enah Lebon who is the creator of Urban Kiz in Paris.

She first started teaching Urban Kiz at Allegro Ballroom.  After training as a Follower for over 4+ years, the lack of leads in the Bay Area led her to start leading Kizomba. Her knowledge of both Lead & Follow techniques makes her a very unique instructor. 

Masha completed Kizomba Teachers Training with ALC Dance Studios Portugal in 2021

Currently, Masha is the founder and organizer of Hello Kizomba in the Bay Area. 

Masha is also an international Kizomba/Urban Kiz Deejay - Dj MKiZ.  

In addition, she is the creative director of her Performance Dance Team.
