Julia Rose

Julia Rose is a dancer and performer trained in Kitchener, Toronto, New York, the UK and Los Angeles. She began competitive dancing in ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip hop and production at the age of 10 at Dance Adventure in Kitchener, Ontario. Since then, she's trained in Toronto with leading choreographers such as Kaela Faloon, Jessica Castro, Chris Clarke, Kiana Smith, The Army of Sass Toronto, Leon Blackwood, Lauren Lyn, and Ian Rowe. She trained in heels for over 7 years and performed yearly at the Mod Club Theatre. Julia’s heels classes include warm-up, strengthening, drills, heels foundations, and sensual and empowering choreography. Classes are not just a space to dance and learn new skills, but also a space to connect to yourself, your community, and your expression. She promises a safe space to explore, create, make mistakes, and witness others.
