Jarrett Davies has always loved dancing for as long as he can remember. First dance was ecstatic dancing with his friends in his teens to his early adult. He discovered his first formal partner dance in college where he danced ballroom. And the first time he discovered zouk he was privileged to see a performance. He thought to himself that is the most beautiful and elegant dance he bore witness to. Jarrett quickly sought out this dance and started his zouk journey in Edmonton October 2018. He saw Zouk as a way for two people to dance as one connected in single fleeting moment. He has trained in many different places attending congresses and workshops and hopes to share some of his knowledge with the ever-growing community and home town of Edmonton. He hopes to bring joy and laughter to his dances and to his teaching style as well.
