Imaan Taghavi is an international partner dance instructor, choreographer, and pioneer based in Oakland, CA.
He is widely regarded for his breadth and depth of knowledge in multiple partner dance forms including salsa, bachata, kizomba, west coast swing, and Brazilian zouk.
Most recently, he won 2nd place at the Brazilian Zouk World Championships in the showtime division!
Imaan is also the Founder and Executive Director of the Omni Movement, a non-profit organization based in Oakland, CA, whose mission is to make partner dance accessible.
