I’ve been teaching bellydance since 2003. I am based in Washington, DC and my mission is to help YOU express your unique creativity through bellydance and fitness. I am dedicated to celebrating diversity in age, body type and culture.

For years, I’ve been a regular headlining teacher and performer at dance and wellness festivals throughout Asia, Canada, South America, Europe and the US. 

I have led workshops at multiple Wanderlust, Daybreaker and Ecstatic Dance events as well as online for Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. I’ve toured internationally with the world famous Bellydance Superstars and Bellydance Evolution; and have performed in and choreographed for Zoe Jake’s House of Tarot. I’ve also performed onstage with Grammy-nominated band Thievery Corporation and with electronic musician and performance artist Peaches.   

I am co creator of the Black Bellydance Bundle, a project that increases diversity and inclusivity in the bellydance community.
